We build devices for other people's labels every week. This page sets out exactly what changes, what it costs and what we need from you — before you commit to anything.
Most buyers start with the first one and work down as the volume grows. That sequence keeps the risk low on both sides.
Pad printing or laser marking, placed where the moulding allows. No new tooling.
Your box artwork, manual and label text. Barcodes and warning statements set up for your market.
Housing colour and surface finish changed on existing moulds, subject to minimum quantity.
Function, structure or appearance changed. This is a development project with a tooling cost and a timeline.
Each step ends with something you can check. If a step cannot be completed, the project stops there rather than turning into a problem later.
Send the model, the quantity and the market you sell into. If you have a target price, include it — it saves a round trip.
We quote the sample and the courier. You test it. Nothing is committed at this stage.
Logo placement, box dieline, manual and label text. We check the artwork against the moulding before printing.
Materials, assembly and packing run against the approved sample. Photos at pre-pack stage on request.
Express, air or sea. We quote FOB and delivered, and we tell you which one is actually cheaper for your volume.
If yours is not here, ask it directly — a real answer beats a brochure.
You do not need a finished brief. A product link and a sentence about where you sell is enough to start.
